Do you have your own personal list of the best lunkheaded rock riffs of all time? Y’know, the kind of riff where the louder you turn it up, the even more you think “It’s making me turn into a total oaf and it feels awesome!” A riff that makes you think like whoever came up with it either has rocks in their head or has taken a few big hits to the head from rocks. I’m talking about jams like Hair Of The Dog by Nazareth and pretty much any AC/DC song.
I think it’s obvious I have a list like that. I mean, I started this episode off with an embodiment of such to me. I’m one of those songs with a complete “did I just get outsmarted by a caveman” thud and, as a bonus, something in it that those of the Birdman flock will recognize.
